During production, Hongrui Xiangtong has carried out optimization for core welding procedures. The improvement covers not only cryogenic tank trailers, but also the full product range including storage tanks, separators and various pressure vessels, greatly boosting welding quality and operational reliability.
Weld quality is decisive for pressure resistance and operational safety. For critical welding processes such as single‑wall tank shell, double‑wall stainless‑steel inner vessel, storage‑tank cylinder and separator pressure housing, we optimize operation workflows, tighten welding‑parameter control and strengthen welder qualification assessment. Full‑set procedures including pre‑weld treatment, in‑process monitoring and post‑weld non‑destructive testing are strictly implemented. Rigorous inspections on groove preparation, inter‑pass temperature, PT and RT testing eliminate welding defects and ensure favorable mechanical performance of welds under low‑temperature, high‑pressure working conditions.
The upgrade applies to our whole product portfolio. Welds of single‑wall & double‑wall cryogenic tank trailers satisfy transport requirements. Welds of LNG buffer storage tanks resist ultra‑low temperature down to ‑196 ℃ to avoid cryogenic brittleness. Welding quality of separators and heat‑exchange pressure vessels is also enhanced to meet strict requirements of oil‑gas and chemical projects.
