Production & Delivery Update: Full Range of Hongrui Xiangtong Pressure Vessels Completed and Shipped for Energy Projects
Recently, a new batch of pressure vessels manufactured by Hongrui Xiangtong has successfully completed full production procedures, including assembly, non‑destructive testing and pressure tests. All products passed acceptance at one time and have been fully prepared for delivery to energy and chemical project sites. The batch covers cryogenic storage tanks, heat exchangers, oil‑gas separators, industrial towers and single/double‑wall cryogenic transport equipment, demonstrating our large‑scale production and integrated delivery capacity.
During production, we strictly implement special‑equipment specifications and industrial standards. Customized manufacturing solutions are adopted according to low‑temperature, high‑pressure and anti‑corrosion working conditions. Standardized management is applied throughout raw material re‑inspection, precision groove processing, automatic welding, post‑weld NDT and hydro‑pneumatic testing, ensuring structural accuracy, welding strength and operational reliability. Benefiting from upgraded welding technology and refined quality control, the qualification rate of this batch has been comprehensively improved.
