Product Overview
Liquid Ethylene ISO Tank Container is a mobile high-vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessel. Compliant with ISO and IMDG international standards (UN1038, T75 type), it supports multi-modal transportation for safe delivery and temporary storage of -103.7℃ liquid ethylene. Available in 20FT/40FT standard sizes, widely used in petrochemical logistics and raw material storage.
Medium Property
Liquid ethylene (C₂H₄) is a flammable cryogenic medium with a boiling point of -103.7℃. It requires excellent insulation, tight sealing and reliable over-pressure protection.
Structure
The inner vessel adopts S30408 stainless steel for low-temperature and corrosion resistance. The outer shell is carbon steel for vacuum layer protection. High-vacuum multi-layer insulation ensures low boil-off loss. Standard ISO frame enables lifting, stacking and intermodal transport. Equipped with dual safety valves, rupture disc, level & pressure gauges for full safety protection.
