Cryogenic tank trailers are special road transportation equipment for industrial liquid gases, divided intosingle-wall and double-wall vacuum insulated types for different temperatures and transportation distances.
Single-Wall Tank Trailer
Adopts single-shell pressure vessel structure with external thermal insulation. Light weight, low cost and simple maintenance. Suitable for medium and low-temperature pressurized media within short-distance transportation.
Applicable media: LPG, liquid CO₂, liquid ammonia.
Working range: 0.8–2.5MPa, ‑40℃~ 55℃.
Application: Short-distance gas and chemical material delivery.
Double-Wall Vacuum Cryogenic Tank Trailer
Double-shell vacuum insulation structure with stainless steel inner tank and carbon steel outer shell. High vacuum interlayer minimizes heat ingress with ultra-low boil-off rate. Equipped with complete safety protection devices for long-distance cryogenic transportation.
Applicable media: LNG, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid ethylene.
Working range: 0.3–2.0MPa, ‑196℃~ 50℃, daily boil-off rate ≤0.3%.
Application: Long-haul delivery of LNG, industrial cryogenic gases and petrochemical raw materials.
Selection Guide
Single-wall type for low-cost, short-distance and normal-pressure liquefied gas transport. Double-wall type for high-insulation, low-loss and long-distance ultra-low-temperature cryogenic liquid transport.
